Placements24 is seeking an energetic Warehouse Assistant to join our Mossel Bay team. You will support receiving, stocking, picking and packing orders, and prepare shipments to ensure accurate labeling and documentation. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and room to grow within the logistics field.

You will work closely with the warehouse team to maintain accuracy, safety, and efficiency in daily operations while developing a foundation in warehouse best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or physical labor experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and stock shelves.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare orders for shipment with correct labeling and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment following safety guidelines.
