Job summary

Progressive IT Resourcing is seeking an Entry-Level SAP HCM Solution Architect to design and deliver SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP BTP solutions. You will bridge business strategy, HR processes, and enterprise technology architecture, translating complex requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

You will engage stakeholders, translate requirements, and validate integration across SAP platforms and third-party systems while contributing to strategic roadmaps and advisory on SAP HCM,

Qualifications

• 5+ years as SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM functional resource.
• Experience configuring Employee Central, Recruiting, Payroll, Time.
• Understanding SAP HCM ECC modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll).

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand goals and requirements.
• Translate requirements into robust solution architectures.
• Design and validate SAP integration architectures with third parties.
• Research and recommend new SAP solutions to business challenges.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps for Human Capital systems.
• Provide advisory on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and BTP.
• Document and present architectures per enterprise standards.
