Job summary

Progressive IT Resourcing is seeking an Entry-Level SAP HCM Solution Architect to design and deliver SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP BTP solutions. You will bridge business strategy, HR processes, and enterprise technology architecture, translating complex requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

You will engage stakeholders, translate requirements, and validate integration across SAP platforms and third-party systems while contributing to strategic roadmaps and advisory on SAP HCM,

Qualifications

• 5+ years as SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM functional resource.
• Experience configuring Employee Central, Recruiting, Payroll, Time.
• Understanding SAP HCM ECC modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll).

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand goals and requirements

What Will Make You Successful

• Strong experience as an SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM functional resource (minimum 5 years)

• Hands‑on configuration and support of modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, and Time Management

• Knowledge of SAP HCM ECC modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)

• Understanding of SAP BTP, CPI, and integration patterns

• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen interest in diversifying into Solution Architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable)
