You will work under senior technicians to install, configure, and test basic network equipment, monitor performance, and provide first-level support while building foundational IT and networking skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification or matriculation with interest in IT and networking.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP and common network protocols.
• Familiarity with network hardware (routers, switches) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of network equipment such as routers, switches, and modems.
• Monitor network performance and respond to alerts, escalating issues to senior technicians as needed.

• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on network infrastructure components.
