The Globevest Group in Centurion is seeking a Junior Mill Operator for our stainless-steel manufacturing site. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with milling machine operation, monitoring output, and ensuring quality standards are met.

You will learn under experienced operators, perform routine maintenance, take precise measurements, and help troubleshoot minor issues to keep production efficient.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent with Mathematics (Technical Schooling beneficial)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment operating similar equipment (Tube Mill) is an advantage
• Strong Mathematics skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to take accurate measurements with measuring devices
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Assertive demeanor and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Operate and tend milling machinery to process raw materials.
