Job summary

No prior experience is required; however, a basic understanding of accounting or maths is preferred. You will capture cash-up data, verify paperwork, process credit card slips, and assist with bank reconciliations.

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Accounting or Maths essential.

Responsibilities

• Capture daily store cash-ups onto master accounting sheets via Google Drive Shop reports.
• Verify physical paperwork against declared cash-ups.
• Process credit card slips into bank modules or spreadsheet logs.
• Perform transactional bank reconciliations and flag/escalate cash discrepancies.
