Qualifications

• Apprenticeship training and assessments completed as part of the program.
• Under supervision, assist technicians during service calls and installations.

• Complete required training activities and keep records.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technicians with travelling to customer locations.
• Assist with inspection, servicing, installation and repair under Technician direction.
• Prepare and organise tools, parts and materials for service calls.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and testing under supervision.
• Learn to identify common equipment faults and resolve them.
• Assist with routine maintenance and general servicing.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and replacement of faulty parts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate with customers.
• Complete service documentation and report issues to the Technician or Service Manager.
