Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will work remotely within South Africa, with responsibilities to source accounts, identify decision makers, craft outbound sequences and book discovery calls for the sales team.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred with quota attainment.
• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities
