Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa from a remote setup. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and build accurate contact lists while crafting personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.

You will book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

As Enterprise Sales Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.
