Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Enterprise Sales Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a fully remote role across South Africa, enabling you to work from anywhere in the country.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role or equal experience
• Strong written communication, ability to personalise outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.

What You Will Own
