Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive the pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified buyers using LinkedIn, email, and phone.

You will work remotely within South Africa, using tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to maintain a clean CRM and hit volume targets while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Experience with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Able to research ICPs, identify decision makers and build contact lists
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline

As Enterprise Sales Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
