Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role
• Experience with outbound prospecting and account research
• Ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools and Salesforce/SalesLoft

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team
