Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or performance improvement roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse client teams in a hybrid setting.
• Experience diagnosing and solving complex business performance challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of client enterprise performance, identifying drivers and areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies and action plans to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Assist clients in redesigning business processes to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
• Implement performance management frameworks and KPIs to track progress.
• Analyze organizational structures and talent management practices to improve effectiveness.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior client leadership.
• Manage project components, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams on performance improvement techniques.
• Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and client discussions.
