Job summary

Absa Bank Limited is seeking a senior specialist in organisation design to lead and mature enterprise design across the group. You will define frameworks, influence operating models, and drive workforce planning using analytics in partnership with business leaders.

The role focuses on delivering sustainable design solutions, governance, and change management to enable growth and efficiency. Extensive experience and leadership capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Psychology or Strategic Management.
• 12–15 years’ experience in organisation design or related capability, including a track record of 5 years in people management or specialist advisory role in a large enterprise.
• Experience developing integrated organisation design frameworks, operating models, and structural governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation design reviews in collaboration with CPOs and senior leaders.
• Develop and maintain organisation design frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
• Translate strategic objectives into aligned business plans and milestones.
• Embed governance and change management practices for transformation initiatives.
• Utilise workforce analytics to inform structural decisions and workforce planning.
