Job summary

Absa Bank Limited seeks an Organisation Design professional to support design initiatives, ensure governance and build capability across the group. You will translate requirements into practical structures, mentor leaders, and develop dashboards to measure effectiveness.

Role requires experience with organisation design principles, operating models, job architecture, analytics and change management, plus a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Management, Industrial Psychology, Commerce or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Organisation Design Consultants and stakeholders to support design initiatives.
• Translate enterprise design requirements into structures, accountabilities and options.
• Develop and implement Organisation Design faculty material and knowledge resources.
• Enable adoption of OD frameworks, standards and governance across HC Pan Africa.
• Develop organisation design dashboards, metrics and insights for decision-making.
• Apply governance frameworks and ensure alignment to enterprise standards.
