Job summary

Air Chefs is seeking AI automation specialists to design, deploy, and optimize autonomous AI agents for enterprise clients in Johannesburg and Pretoria.

You will work across LLM orchestration, integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, and messaging APIs, and translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders. This role offers a fast-paced startup environment with direct client impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLM orchestration for AI agents (RAG, voice).
• Strong REST API and webhook integration skills.
• Proficient in data mapping with Python and Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, WhatsApp, SendGrid APIs.
• Ability to explain complex AI to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing testing and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize autonomous AI agents for enterprise clients.
• Lead end-to-end implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise platforms and build business process workflows.
• Use analytics to continuously improve live agent performance.
