Job summary

Mediclinic is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver safe, quality nursing care according to Scope of Practice in a multidisciplinary team. You will identify risks to patient safety, facilitate a positive patient experience, provide accurate records of nursing interventions, and contribute to a learning environment that builds staff competence.

Essential education is an Enrolled Nurse Certificate with CPD in special wards desirable; 1 year post-qualification experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse with required certificate and registration.
• Basic Life Support and infection prevention knowledge essential.
• Competence in nursing care planning and patient assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Identify, prevent and report risks to ensure patient safety.
• Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.
