Mediclinic Cape Town is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for a permanent, on-site position in Cape Town, South Africa. You will deliver safe, quality nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate nursing records.

Essentially, you will identify and report risks to patient safety, support a positive patient experience, and contribute to ongoing staff development while ensuring proper stock and equipment charging.

Qualifications

• BLS certification and infection prevention knowledge requested.
• Pharmacology knowledge relevant to nursing care.
• Understanding of scientific nursing principles and processes.
• Familiarity with nursing processes and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Identify, prevent and report risks to ensure patient safety.
• Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.
• Participate in creating a learning environment that builds staff competence.
• Ensure that all utilised stock and equipment are accurately charged.
