Network Recruitment in Gauteng seeks a hands-on Software Engineering Team Lead to guide a 25-person team, champion best practices, and drive delivery of critical business solutions. You will collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, DevOps and stakeholders to build secure, scalable, high-performing applications.

You will lead with technical excellence, manage performance, and promote growth while balancing hands-on coding with leadership duties to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software teams and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Strong background in .NET Core and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of DDD and Hexagonal Architecture.
• Extensive MySQL design, optimization and administration skills.
• Experience building secure, scalable RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
