Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on operational projects and process improvements.
• Demonstrated experience working within a hybrid work environment and managing projects involving diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of operational improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in coordination with operational leaders.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.
