Job summary

Indsafri is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead II to provide technical leadership and drive the design of integrated, end-to-end technology solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will combine solution architecture expertise with engineering leadership, guiding technical practitioners and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, sustainable and aligned with business objectives. You will mentor teams and collaborate with governance forums.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in senior technical leadership or architecture roles.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or end-to-end design.
• Solid understanding of IT architecture, systems analysis and systems design.
• Experience leading or guiding engineering practitioners across multiple initiatives.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders, influence technical decisions and manage architectural trade-offs.

• Analyse complex business and technical problems and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
