Qualifications

• Final-year BSc or BEng students invited to apply for Engineering Graduate Programme.
• Must be pursuing or completing undergraduate engineering degree with strong technical aptitude.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering design and development, supporting engineers in designing, developing, testing and improving engineering systems, components and processes.
• Conduct technical analysis and calculations, including simulations and measurements to aid decisions.
• Support testing and validation of equipment and systems to ensure specifications are met.
• Identify and troubleshoot engineering problems, analyze root causes and help develop practical solutions.
• Assist with process improvement and optimisation to enhance efficiency, quality, safety and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports including drawings, test results and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across chemical, electrical, mechanical, industrial, mechatronic, computer, instrumentation and control disciplines.
