Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering design and development, supporting engineers in designing, developing, testing and improving engineering systems, components and processes.
• Conduct technical analysis and calculations, including simulations and measurements to aid decisions.
• Support testing and validation of equipment and systems to ensure specifications are met.
• Identify and troubleshoot engineering problems, analyze root causes and help develop practical solutions.
• Assist with process improvement and optimisation to enhance efficiency, quality, safety and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports including drawings, test results and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across chemical, electrical, mechanical, industrial, mechatronic, computer, instrumentation and control disciplines.

• Support testing and validationAssist with the testing, inspection, commissioning, and validation of equipment, systems, and engineering solutions to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot engineering problemsInvestigate technical faults, analyse root causes, and assist in developing practical solutions to improve reliability and performance.
• Assist with process improvement and optimisationEvaluate existing engineering and manufacturing processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare technical documentation and reportsCreate and maintain engineering drawings, technical reports, test results, specifications, procedures, and other project documentation.
