Job summary

A leading service group in South Africa is seeking a Head of Engineering to manage the engineering function for business-critical facilities. This role includes owning the full operating model, budgeting, and compliance, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and contract management experience, a degree in Engineering or Facilities Management, and GCC certification. This position offers a significant strategic role with visibility across senior customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or FM required.
• GCC certification mandatory.
• Strong leadership with multi-site experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering strategy and operating model for facilities.
• Oversee budgeting and ensure compliance.
• Lead supplier strategy and manage contracts.
