Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; substitution: two years per year of missing college.
• Six years of full-time management experience required.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities and support energy efficiency programs and decarbonization initiatives.
• Apply equity, environmental justice, and social determinants of health principles to projects.
• Develop partnerships with utilities, engineers, and local orgs to scale decarbonized energy systems.
• Engage in training and outreach campaigns for regional actors on decarbonization.
• Manage energy efficiency projects for the City of Cleveland and coordinate with departments.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Capital Projects, Finance and others to implement energy projects.
