Qualifications

• Must have accuracy in operational, logistics or admin work.
• Able to learn new systems quickly (Lovable, Google Sheets, Pargo).
• Based in or relocating to Johannesburg, available to work in office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Jem Mobile stock cycle: intake, capture, dispatch, returns and reverse logistics.
• Verify stock against invoice and update system on arrival.
• Ensure 100% same-day dispatch and zero unexplained discrepancies.
