Job summary

Tracker South Africa in Pretoria is seeking an Integration Test Analyst to design, develop, and execute QA processes, test strategies, plans and cases to verify software conformance with defined acceptance criteria.

The role includes end-to-end testing across multiple systems, linking test cases to requirements, logging defects and supporting business users during UAT. ISTQB Foundation certification and an IT Diploma or equivalent are required, with several years of testing experience.

Qualifications

• ISTQB – Foundation testing certification is a must.
• IT Diploma or other related qualification required.
• 4 years relevant testing experience (including agile, functional and non-functional testing).
• 2 years’ experience within Tracker or related industry.
• Experience in software testing including test planning, test case development, execution and quality assessment.
• Extensive experience developing test cases from story cards/use cases/requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops test plan, approach and scope.
• Provide test estimates for project & incidents.
• Establishes and implements approach for managing test data.
• Manage own test preparation and execution activities.
• Identify and create necessary test data and execute test scenarios.
• Trace requirements to test cases to verify test coverage.
• Log and prioritize defects with development teams.
• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing.
