Job summary

Frogg Recruitment SA presents a role in Sandton for an Asset Finance Administrator to support the end-to-end administration of asset finance transactions. The position focuses on regulatory compliance including FICA and AML, with you acting as the FICA Custodian to ensure proper record-keeping and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business, has at least 3 years in asset finance (SME funding preferred), and demonstrates strong Excel skills

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 3 years plus experience in asset finance (preferably SME funding)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting)
• Experience with bookkeeping/accounting or CRM systems (e.g. Xero, Sage) is a plus

• End-to-end administration of asset finance transactions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FICA, AML) and act as FICA Custodian
