Joint Medical Holdings Ltd. seeks an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary to support paediatric ward patients in KwaZulu-Natal. The role requires working within the SANC scope, delivering age-appropriate care and upholding hospital policies.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential. Applicants must be registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary, hold Grade 12, and ideally have 2+ years in a hospital setting.

JOB TITLE:ENROLLED NURSE AUXILIARY – PAEDIATRIC WARD

PURPOSE OF POSITION

To Provides age-appropriate patient care according to the nursing scope of practice as defined by the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS

• Must be able to practice within the scope of practice as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary.
• Must be compliant with Hospital Policies and Regulations.
• Must possess excellent inter-personal skills.
• Must be able to provide safe, quality patient care in the ward.

COMPETENCIES (The following will be advantageous)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

(Educational Qualifications & Experience)

• Must have grade 12
• Must be registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary.
• Preferably have two or more years of experience as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary within the hospital setting.
• Must be prepared to do shift- work (Night shift / Day Shift)

SKILLS

• Must have excellent telephone skills.
• Must possess excellent inter-personal skills.
• Must be able to work independently under minimum supervision.
