Job summary

Joint Medical Holdings Ltd. is seeking an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary for the Medical Ward in Isipingo. The role focuses on age-appropriate patient care within the nursing scope of practice and adherence to hospital policies. Shift work is required, including night and day shifts.

Qualifications

JOB TITLE:ENROLLED NURSE AUXILIARY – MEDICAL WARD

PURPOSE OF POSITION

To Provides age-appropriate patient care according to the nursing scope of practice as defined by the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS

• Must be able to practice within the scope of practice as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary.
• Must be compliant with Hospital Policies and Regulations.
• Must possess excellent inter-personal skills.
• Must be able to provide safe, quality patient care in the ward.

COMPETENCIES (The following will be advantageous)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

(Educational Qualifications & Experience)

• Must have grade 12
• Must be registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary.
• Preferably have two or more years of experience as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary within the hospital setting.
• Must be prepared to do shift- work (Night shift / Day Shift)
