Job summary

Cygnet Kenney House in Oldham is seeking a confident Mental Health Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll work 42 hours a week across days, nights and weekends, making a positive difference to the people in our care.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 months mental health experience and must undergo an enhanced DBS check. Cygnet has a national network of high-quality mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
