Job summary

Trustonic is seeking a Senior Solution Delivery Manager to lead our regional Pre-Sales, Customer Onboarding and Technical Account Management teams across EMEA. You will combine technical expertise with customer leadership to ensure successful adoption and growth of Trustonic solutions.

You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering and Delivery to shape regional strategy, run complex engagements and deliver a high-quality customer experience. 25–40% travel is expected globally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Pre-Sales, Solutions Delivery, Customer Onboarding, Technical Account Management or similar teams.
• Strong experience managing and developing technical teams.
• Proven experience with strategic enterprise customers and complex relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Pre-Sales, Customer Onboarding and Technical Account Management teams.
• Own regional qualification criteria for Pre-Sales engagements.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and the Pre-Sales Centre of Excellence to adapt global strategies for EMEA.
• Lead technical discovery with strategic customers and influence roadmaps.
• Represent Trustonic at industry events and conferences.
• Improve internal processes and customer engagement.
