IZI is seeking a Vault Officer in Cape Town to oversee vault security, monitor access, and maintain meticulous records of all items. The role requires adhering to security protocols and responding to alarms, with collaboration across security staff and management.

The position involves shift work in a secure environment, including nights and weekends. Ideal candidates will have Matric/Grade 12, PSIRA Grade C, a current CIT training certificate, and a clean credit and criminal history, with

• Matric/Grade 12 or recognised equivalent.
• Valid PSIRA Grade C registration and a current PSIRA CIT training certificate.
• Clear credit record with no adverse history.
• No criminal convictions.
• Must not be currently registered as a director of any company or business.
• Medically fit to perform the duties.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee the security and integrity of the vault at all times.
• Monitor and control authorised access to the vault.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all items entering and leaving the vault.
• Ensure strict compliance with all security protocols and procedures.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and security incidents.
• Collaborate closely with security personnel and management teams.
