The role requires a proven track record in developing high-performing golfers, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to fit players’ schedules.

Qualifications

• Certified golf coach with a proven track record of developing players.
• Strong knowledge of swing mechanics, short game, and putting.
• Understanding of sports psychology applied to golf.
• Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends to accommodate players.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized golf training programs for each player.
• Perform swing analysis using technology and give feedback.
• Apply mental conditioning to improve focus under pressure.
