  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments and role players.
  • Liaise with internal and external role players (e.g. Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Project Management, Certification, Tool Design, Procurement, Suppliers, Sales, Export) to support innovation, design and manufacturing.
  • Work closely with the lead design engineer and project manager to ensure overall project success.
  • Take ownership of projects and ensure suitable project reporting to management.
  • Apply and mentor junior roles on principles of development impact.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and operational manuals.
  • Ensure all designs and modifications are documented accurately for future reference and compliance purposes.
  • Implement best practices and apply safety standards to designs.
  • Provide ad hoc technical support to all the role players.
  • Adhere to OHS Act and CBI safety guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and safety codes relevant to electrical engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical design principles and hands‑on experience with relevant design software.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently.
