Job summary

Qualifications

• N3/S2 qualification in Electronic, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with good electronic understanding.
• Computer literate with SAP/CRM or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic and mechanical testing, fault-finding, and repairs on supported products.
• Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email, live chat, and at the service counter.
• Record product failures and provide feedback to Quality, Production, and R&D teams.
• Maintain service records and documentation in CRM and SAP.
