Profile Personnel is seeking an Electrician with a focus on automotive systems to join our client’s team in the Eastern Cape. The role blends technical electrical work with strict regulatory compliance in a dynamic automotive environment.

Duties include processing supplier documents, classifying transactions under SARB BOP codes, resolving supplier queries, maintaining cash and banking records, and supporting month-end reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Knowledge of PLC programming and diagnostics is advantageous
• Commitment to continuous improvement and precision in work

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of supplier documents in line with orders, contracts, and legal agreements
• Classify transactions according to SARB BOP codes
• Handle supplier and business area queries promptly and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain spreadsheets and records related to Cash & Banking for SARB reporting
• Prepare payment proposals and ensure compliance with SARB and EXCON requirements
• Maintain supplier master data and banking details
• Cost shipments efficiently and clear General Ledger Clearing and Goods-In-Transit accounts
• Verify customs clearance documents and arrange necessary corrections
• Perform Month-End FACT reporting
• Support cash management through accurate forecasting of local payments
