Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Qualified Automotive Electrician with relevant trade certification (e.g., NQF Level 4 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical diagnostics and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and electronic control units (ECUs).
• Proficiency with a wide range of diagnostic scan tools and multimeters.
• Experience with hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) electrical systems is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license.
