Job summary

Resolution Circle is seeking a capable Technical Facilitator: Electrical & Solar to deliver high-quality training to interns and learners. You will conduct assessments, facilitate practical and theoretical sessions, and ensure safety and accreditation standards are met.

The role requires hands-on electrical and solar training expertise, strong communication, and a proactive, learner-centered approach. You will work within our Training Centre and engage with stakeholders to support growth.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or N3 qualification required.
• Trade Certificate (Red Seal) or relevant electrical qualification necessary.
• PV Green Card is compulsory for this role.
• Solar PV training or industry experience is preferred.
• Qualified SME/Assessor and Moderator status desirable.
• Trainer/Facilitator certificates are advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience, preferably in training.
• Experience with electrical installations, maintenance and fault finding.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong reporting skills.
• Good problem solving, decision making and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training and assessments for Electrical and Solar disciplines.
• Develop training plans, materials and practical demonstrations.
• Ensure learner progress, documentation and safety compliance.
• Provide support to learners and stakeholders and conduct moderations.
