Placements24 is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager in East London to lead the engineering department within a hybrid framework, blending on-site leadership with remote coordination.

You will mentor a team of electrical engineers, oversee project execution, and contribute to strategic technical planning, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of complex projects and fostering a high-performance culture across the department.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in electrical engineering with at least 3 in a leadership/management role.
• Proven track record managing complex engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical design principles, power systems, and control technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid work model experience and capability to lead both on-site and remote teams.

Responsibilities
