Job summary

A leading engineering firm is looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to create electrical systems for automated production and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation design. You will be responsible for designing control panels, integrating various systems, and ensuring compliance with standards. Qualifications

• 2–5+ years’ experience in electrical design within industrial automation.
• Proven experience designing control panels and production automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for automated production lines.
• Develop detailed electrical schematics and panel layouts.
• Design control panels, power distribution systems, and MCCs.
• Select electrical components for automation projects.
• Integrate PLC, HMI, servo, and drive systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Support panel building and installation activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and cable schedules.
