Our client, a prominent player within the electrical and engineering sectors, is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Technician proficient in Revit and CAD to lead the technical execution and coordination of complex electrical services projects.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for producing electrical services drawings and designs using Revit and CAD, ensuring all deliverables meet project specifications and standards. Your scope includes attending site, coordination, and design meetings, as well as performing site inspections to verify construction compliance. Liaising with supply authorities and other consultants will be key to facilitating seamless project delivery. You will also coordinate various aspects of projects internally within the CKR Group, often traveling across South Africa or overseas to meet project needs.

What You'll Bring

Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in electrical drafting, design, and project coordination within the electrical or engineering industries. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, complemented by a proven track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholder engagement. A strong understanding of electrical services and the ability to operate effectively in remote or overseas environments will be advantageous.
