Job summary

Kabstrading Co is seeking personnel for production line support in Cape Town. The role focuses on following the training plan, attending daily briefings, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

You will label and pack items precisely according to work instructions and kit specifications. Effective communication with supervisors is essential to identify issues and propose ideas to boost team output while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the relevant training has been completed according to the training plan.
• Attend briefings by the factory manager and supervisors about production target prior to line opening for the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to SOP cleaning procedures and participate in team related cleaning activities as required.
• Label products with required barcode labels for the specific kits as per work instruction for each specific kit.
• Pack materials and items according to the work instruction
• Communicate all issues experience to supervisor
• Provide suggestions to the team lead or supervisor to increase the output of the team.
