CaRRoL BoYeS is seeking a reliable Pick Packer to join our Paarden Eiland, Cape Town warehouse. The role involves selecting items, packing them securely, labeling for dispatch, and ensuring orders are accurate and ready for delivery.

The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work with standard warehouse hours and occasional weekend/public holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade12 is essential.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages as required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from shelves according to order specifications.
• Check items for quality, quantity, and damage before packing.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transport.
• Label packages correctly and prepare for shipping or delivery.
• Maintain accurate order records and update inventory systems as required.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Keep the work area clean, organised and safe.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
