Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant certifications in Educational Technology is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an educational technology support, training, or integration role.
• Strong knowledge of various educational software, hardware, learning management systems (LMS), and digital content platforms.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to educational technology.
• Understanding of pedagogical principles and how technology can enhance teaching and learning.
• Experience in developing training materials and facilitating workshops.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a Hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks.
• Familiarity with the educational landscape in KwaZulu-Natal .
