The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Educational Psychology, is registered with SA's professional body, and has at least 4 years of experience working with children/adolescents.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Psychology or related field.
• Registered Educational Psychologist with SA professional body.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with children/adolescents.
• Proficient in administering and interpreting psycho-educational tools.
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent counseling, interviewing and reporting skills.
• Experience in school settings and private practice is advantageous.
• Hybrid work model experience and tele-health familiarity.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to identify needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students and families.
• Consult with parents on findings and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support learning.
• Guide educators on classroom management and student well-being.
