Job summary

Placements24 in Centurion is seeking an Education Technology Specialist to evaluate, implement, and support educational technologies across the institution. You will work with faculty, IT staff, and students to ensure seamless integration and effective use of digital tools.

The role combines hands-on tech support with training and evaluation of new tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia software, helping teachers enhance learning outcomes through innovative technologies in a vibrant academic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Education or related field.
Proven experience with educational technology in an academic environment.
Strong knowledge of LMS, digital collaboration tools, and multimedia software.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to hardware and software.
Effective communication and training skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain educational software, hardware, and platforms.
Provide technical support and training to faculty and students on educational technologies.
Evaluate new educational technologies for potential adoption and integration into existing infrastructure.
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability.
Develop and deliver workshops to promote digital literacy and pedagogical use of technology.
