Job summary

The role requires ECD qualifications (NQF 5 or higher), SACE certification, police clearance, 2–5 years teaching experience, and proficiency in computer and digital literacy; PGCE may be required if the degree is non-education aligned, and First

Qualifications

• Post matric certificate in ECD (NQF 5) or a degree in ECD/B.Ed (Foundation Phase) is required.
• PGCE may be necessary if the degree is in Psychology or not education-aligned.
• SACE certification and police clearance are required before appointment.
• 2–5 years of teaching experience are expected.
• Computer and digital literacy are essential; First Aid is advantageous.

Pre- Primary educators will be expected to create a learning experience to stimulate and grow individual talents and get children ready for formal schooling so as to maximize the personal, physical and psycho-social development of every child. They will need:

Qualifications & Experience:

• a post matric certificate (NQF level 5) in ECD as a minimum or an undergraduate degree (NQF level 6) in ECD or B. Education (Foundation Phase)

• SACE certification and a police clearance are requirements
• 2-5 years Teaching Experience
