Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch.
• Supervise, motivate and manage branch staff.
• Ensure efficient stock control and inventory management.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock.
• Assist with customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure orders and deliveries are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor branch sales and operational targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with administrative duties and reporting.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
