Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group EC is seeking a Service Support Coordinator for the Earth Moving Industry in Johannesburg/Isando. The role focuses on warranty management, KPI monitoring, and coordinating service activities with OEMs, dealers and customers.

You will develop technical staff and ensure compliance with administration policies while driving continuous improvement. Requirements include Grade 12, earthmoving trade test, 3–5 years’ earthmoving experience,

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 and earthmoving trade test.
• 3–5 years earthmoving experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with warranty claims and OEM payments.
• Ability to work with OEMs, dealers and customers.
• Pro-active KPI management and pre-service planning.
• Monitor OEM KPIs and dealer performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warranty claims and OEM payments.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review performance with branches and dealers.
